As an experienced Validation Manager, your role will involve overseeing the validation of trades to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing OTC operational risk by identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. - Utilizing MS Excel to analyze complex data sets, reconcile invoices, and prepare reports. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage exceptions and improve efficiency. - Providing expert advice on brokerage queries and handling sensitive brokers. - Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs. - Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal procedures for all assigned activities. - Supporting the development of training materials and conducting workshops to enhance team capabilities. - Assisting in the preparation of broker updates on outstanding statements and reports to support business objectives. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and tools used in brokerage operations. - Engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
