Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior officials, decision-makers, and influencers in both corporate domains.
Identify, pursue, and manage high-value sales opportunities, including tenders, RFPs, and large-scale projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (finance, legal, operations) to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and recommend strategies to enhance business position.
Lead high-impact presentations, negotiations, and contract closures for strategic accounts.
Ensure compliance with SMB procurement processes and corporate governance standards.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate degree (preferably in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or similar discipline).
2+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales, SMB, or enterprise business development.
In-depth knowledge of SMB procurement cycles and enterprise sales processes.
Strong network and demonstrated credibility in the West Bengal market, especially among government and large organizations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel within the State of West Bengal for client meetings and business development initiatives.
