Job Title:

7:00 AM 4:00 PM
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
10:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Smartsheet Admin & Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Configure and administer Smartsheet templates, workflows, and automation.
Integrate Smartsheet with enterprise platforms (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, SAP) using APIs.
Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
Support Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) administration tasks as needed.
Participate in rotational shifts, including weekend on-call responsibilities.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of proven experience as a Smartsheet Admin & Support professional.
Strong expertise in Smartsheet configuration, template design, and workflow automation.
Hands-on experience with API integrations (Jira, Salesforce, SAP).
Familiarity with Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) administration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Additional Requirements

Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 15 days preferred.
Candidates must be willing to work in
Hybrid mode
from the Hyderabad office. No exceptions.
Candidates should be open to
rotational shifts
(including weekends).
