SmartCOMM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop templates and data models using

  SmartCOMM

  for batch, real-time, and interactive communications.
• Integrate SmartCOMM with upstream/downstream systems via APIs and data exchange mechanisms (e.g., REST/SOAP/XML/JSON).
  
• Deploy and maintain SmartCOMM solutions in

  cloud environments

  like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Optimize performance and scalability of SmartCOMM components in the cloud.
  
• Support version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to template design, data integration, or cloud configurations.
  
• Ensure document compliance, accessibility, and branding standards.
  

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with

  SmartCOMM / Thunderhead

  .
• Strong understanding of

  SmartCOMM modules

  : Template Designer, Advanced Template Designer, Data Modeler, etc.
• Experience with

  AWS

  (Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway, CloudFormation, etc.) or equivalent cloud platform.
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD tools

  (Git, Jenkins, CodePipeline).
• Proficient in

  XML, XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs

  .
• Experience integrating SmartCOMM with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Guidewire, Duck Creek).
