Job Description

Job Title: SmartCOMM Developer

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain correspondence solutions using
SmartCOMM
or similar tools such as
xPression
.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Optimize templates, documents, and correspondence processes for performance and accuracy.
Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

Hands-on experience in
SmartCOMM
or any correspondence/document generation tool (e.g.,
xPression
, OpenText Exstream).
Good understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Experience in Agile development methodology is preferred.

Good to Have:

Exposure to cloud deployment environments.
Experience working with financial services, insurance, or telecom domains.
