Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement
SmartComm templates, data models, and business rules
to support dynamic document generation.
Configure
Smart Communications modules
such as SmartEditor, SmartFlows, and SmartAPI.
Integrate SmartComm with
CRM, policy administration, and document management systems
(e.g., Salesforce, Guidewire, or custom apps).
Design and manage
data dictionaries, assets, layouts, and templates
within SmartComm.
Collaborate with
business analysts, architects, and QA teams
to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet functional and technical requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve
template rendering, data mapping, and API integration
issues.
Participate in
code reviews, deployment activities
, and provide ongoing production support.
Maintain and document best practices, version control, and configuration management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
.
4–6 years of experience
in IT with
2+ years hands-on experience in Smart Communications (SmartComm/Thunderhead)
.
Strong knowledge of
SmartComm Data Models, Templates, Layouts, Fragments, and Content Authoring
.
Experience in
SmartComm Cloud
environment, including
SmartEditor and SmartFlows
.
Proficiency with
XML, XSLT, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs
.
Experience integrating SmartComm with
CRM systems (Salesforce, Pega, Guidewire)
or other enterprise platforms.
Strong understanding of
document generation, correspondence management, and CCM processes
.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
