Role: SmartComm Business Analyst Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Kolkata Experience: 6 - 14 years Job Summary: The SmartComm Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing communication solutions, and supporting the implementation of SmartComm applications. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that the SmartComm platform meets the organizations communication needs and enhances customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements related to customer communications. Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand existing communication processes and identify areas for improvement. 2. Analysis and Solution Design: Analyze business needs and translate them into SmartComm solution requirements. Design communication templates and workflows that align with business objectives and compliance standards. 3. Implementation Support: Collaborate with technical teams to support the configuration and implementation of SmartComm solutions. Ensure that the implemented solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. 4. Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and participate in testing activities to validate the functionality of SmartComm solutions. Work with QA teams to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of communication outputs. 5. Documentation and Training: Prepare detailed documentation of SmartComm configurations, processes, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on the features and functionalities of the SmartComm platform. 6. Project Management: Assist in project planning and coordination of SmartComm implementation activities. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions. 7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the SmartComm platform. Stay updated with the latest SmartComm features and industry best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in customer communications management. Strong understanding of SmartComm software and communication template design. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation. Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with other customer communications management platforms. Familiarity with integration technologies such as APIs and Web Services. Knowledge of document composition and management processes.
