Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sliphouse & Spraydryer Incharge. The position is based in Morbi. The Sliphouse & Spraydryer Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the sliphouse and spray drying processes, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety standards. Day-to-day tasks will include managing operations, supervising staff, maintaining machinery, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with other departments to optimize production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sliphouse and Spraydryer operations and process management
• Knowledge of ceramic tile manufacturing processes and quality control practices
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work on-site in Morbi
• Degree in Ceramic Engineering, Material Science, or related field
• Experience in the ceramic industry is a plus
