Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Configure core EC functionalities such as Employee Data, Organization Management, Global Benefits, Time Off, Position Management, and Workflows.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Compensation, LMS, Onboarding) and external systems via Integration Center or middleware (CPI).
• Configure Business Rules, MDF Objects, and EC-specific permissions.

Requirement Analysis & Solution Design

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide functional expertise and recommendations to optimize EC processes and data models.
• Design and implement advanced workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions aligned with business needs.

System Support & Maintenance

• Provide post-implementation support including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests.
• Conduct system audits, regression testing, and manage upgrades/patches to maintain system performance.
• Manage and validate data migration during implementation or system transitions.

Stakeholder Training & Change Management

• Conduct end-user and admin training workshops to ensure successful adoption of Employee Central.
• Develop training materials, user guides, SOPs, and job aids.
• Support change management activities to enable smooth HR transformation.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with global HR policies, audit requirements, and local labor laws.
• Create and maintain ad hoc and standard reports using People Analytics and related SF reporting tools.
• Manage data privacy, GDPR compliance, and security configurations within EC.
