Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Skin Trainer located in Bhopal. The Skin Trainer will be responsible for conducting theoretical and practical training sessions in skincare, ensuring students develop industry-standard skills. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, demonstrating skincare techniques, mentoring students during hands-on sessions, and staying updated on the latest skincare trends and technologies. The Skin Trainer will also assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to maintaining high training quality standards.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of skincare, dermatology basics, and beauty treatments
• Hands-on experience in facials, skin treatments, and the use of skincare tools
• Ability to create effective lesson plans and deliver engaging instructional sessions
• Strong mentoring and coaching abilities to guide students toward skill development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the beauty or wellness industry is highly preferred
• Professional certification in cosmetology or skin aesthetics
