Skin Trainer

A Skin Trainer at Lakmé Academy is primarily responsible for educating students on professional skin care techniques, treatments, and beauty therapy according to the institution's curriculum. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training: Deliver both theory and practical training sessions on various skin care topics, including facials, clean-ups, advanced skin treatments, manicure, pedicure, waxing, and threading.
• Curriculum Delivery: Follow the specified syllabus and guidelines set by Lakmé Academy Powered by Aptech, ensuring high-quality education and adherence to industry standards.
• Demonstration and Supervision: Demonstrate professional techniques and supervise students during hands-on practice to ensure they master the skills correctly.
• Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical examinations, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Mentorship: Guide students on client consultation, skin analysis, treatment procedures, salon etiquette, and professional ethics to build their competency and prepare them for the industry.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure that hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently followed in the labs and classrooms.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, products, and technologies in skincare and integrate them into the training programs.
• Academy Support: Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and other events at the academy.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A minimum of 10+2 pass, along with an appropriate diploma or certification in cosmetology, skin therapy, or a related field from a recognized beauty and wellness academy.
• Experience: Relevant work experience of at least 1 to 2 years in the beauty industry or as a trainer is typically required, with some roles preferring 3-5 years.
• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, products, and equipment handling is necessary.
• Aptitude: A passion for teaching, mentoring, and a professional attitude are key attributes.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
