About the Role:

Skills Development and TVET Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support in the design, implementation, and monitoring of skills development and TVET initiatives.
• Align training programs with India’s National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF).
• Collaborate with ITIs, vocational training providers, and government stakeholders.
• Contribute to curriculum development, capacity building, and quality assurance processes.
• Support project reporting, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum

  8 years

  of professional experience in skills development and TVET.
• Proven familiarity with

  India’s national skills qualification standards

  .
• Prior work with

  ITIs

  or

  reputed vocational training agencies

  in India is highly desirable.
• Exposure to

  international technical education programs

  will be an added advantage.

Preferred Criteria:

1. Experience working on

   International Financial Institution (IFI)

   -funded projects.
2. Candidates from

   Meghalaya or the Northeast region

   will be given preference.
