As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following key activities: - Leading Improvement Projects: You will be executing and leading small to medium-scale improvement projects within your department using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, particularly the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) model. - Data Collection and Analysis: Your tasks will include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data using statistical tools (like Minitab) to identify the root causes of process inefficiencies, quality problems, and variations. - Process Mapping and Documentation: You will create process maps (such as SIPOC diagrams) and flowcharts to visualize current processes, identify areas for improvement, and document project activities, findings, and solutions. - Collaboration: Your role involves assisting Black Belts on larger, more complex, cross-functional projects and collaborating with various stakeholders across different departments (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, etc.) to ensure seamless implementation of changes. - Implementing Solutions and Control: You will be developing and implementing solutions to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance quality. Additionally, you will establish control plans and metrics to ensure that improvements are sustained over time. - Mentoring and Training: Providing coaching and mentoring to Yellow Belts and other team members on Six Sigma tools and techniques will be part of your responsibilities to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Furthermore, you will be required to update progress on projects and present formal reports and insights to senior stakeholders and management frequently.,
