Sitecore Developer

As a skilled Sitecore Developer at Vertis, you will specialize in creating high-performance, scalable digital solutions on Sitecore XM Cloud. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement solutions using Next.js and Sitecore XM Cloud to ensure responsive and optimized web experiences. You will collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to build personalized and content-rich websites that align with client needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement solutions using Next.js and Sitecore XM Cloud to deliver exceptional web experiences. - Utilize Sitecore Headless Services to integrate content APIs seamlessly across devices and channels. - Collaborate with Front-End and UX/UI Designers to create personalized experiences. - Optimize application performance utilizing Sitecore's capabilities for high standards in performance, security, and SEO. - Integrate APIs and Third-Party Services to extend platform functionalities. - Utilize Cloud Services for managing Sitecore XM Cloud deployments and optimizations. - Ensure quality code through best practices, testing, and agile methodologies. - Stay updated on the latest Next.js, Sitecore XM Cloud, and headless CMS technologies. - Provide support and troubleshooting for Sitecore and Next.js implementations. Requirements and Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 3+ years of experience working with Sitecore, preferably Sitecore XM or XP. - Proficiency in Next.js or React, along with modern front-end development skills. - Experience with Sitecore XM Cloud or headless CMS development is preferred. - Understanding of Sitecore development best practices for headless development. - Version Control using Git and experience in CI/CD pipelines. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Sitecore Certification is a plus. - Experience with React.js and JavaScript frameworks, especially Next.js. - Knowledge of JAMstack, Static Site Generation, and serverless architecture is a plus. - Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and writing queries for GraphQL. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in code delivery. - Understanding of OAuth2 standard and JSON Web Tokens. - Prior experience with Sitecore JSS is an advantage.
