Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Ahmedabad. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day construction activities, ensuring safety and compliance regulations are met, managing subcontractors, and maintaining project schedules. Additional responsibilities include quality control, site inspections, and resolving any issues that arise during construction. The Site Supervisor will also communicate progress updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Project Management and Construction Management skills
Knowledge of Safety Regulations and Quality Control
Strong communications and leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
