Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore And Erode for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee the daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Tasks include coordinating labor, managing site safety, liaising with clients and contractors, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that arise. The role requires effective communication with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of plans.

• Experience in construction site management and supervision
• Knowledge of safety protocols and construction practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools
• Relevant certifications or training in construction or site management
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus
