Site Supervisor (Solar)

Job Title: Solar Site Supervisor
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering

Job Location: Raipur (local candidates preferred)
Salary: 18,000 – 25,000 per month (based on experience)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Travel Allowance: Provided
Vehicle Requirement: Two-wheeler (bike) compulsory

Job Description:

• Supervise and monitor solar site installation activities as per project plans
• Visit project sites daily to ensure quality, safety, and timely execution of work
• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and project engineers
• Ensure proper installation of solar panels, inverters, and electrical connections
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material usage
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of solar projects

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience or basic knowledge of solar PV installation preferred
• Willingness to travel to multiple solar sites
• Must own a bike and a valid driving license
• Good communication and coordination skills
