We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our painting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards on-site.
• Resolve any on-site issues and ensure project timelines are adhered to.
• Communicate regularly with clients, management, and team members.
• Prepare daily progress reports and monitor work schedules.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in interior designing and constriction
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of interior designing, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Kochi.
