Site Supervisor

Job Description: As a Site Supervisor in a WTP project (OHT, Pipeline, Intake), your role involves overseeing all site operations related to OHT, pipeline installation, and intake systems. You will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring safety compliance by enforcing safety protocols, and monitoring the quality of work to meet design specifications and industry standards. Team coordination is essential, as you will manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and contractors for smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise Site Activities: Oversee all site operations related to OHT, pipeline installation, and intake systems. - Ensure Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers use proper safety gear and equipment. - Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work to ensure tasks meet design specifications and industry standards. - Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and contractors for smooth project execution. - Material Management: Oversee the storage, handling, and usage of materials like pipes, concrete, and other construction supplies. - Progress Monitoring: Regularly inspect progress to ensure the project is on track and meeting deadlines. - Troubleshoot Issues: Address any site-related technical or operational issues for quick resolutions. - Report Daily Activities: Maintain records of daily work activities, progress reports, and timesheets for tracking purposes. - Client and Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to clients, engineers, and project managers. - Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure the project complies with local construction codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
