Job Description

Roles and responsibilities for a Site Supervisor in a WTP project (OHT, Pipeline, Intake): Supervise Site Activities – Oversee all site operations related to OHT, pipeline installation , and intake systems . Ensure Safety Compliance – Enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers use proper safety gear and equipment. Quality Control – Monitor the quality of work, ensuring all tasks meet design specifications and industry standards. Team Coordination – Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Material Management – Oversee the storage, handling, and usage of materials like pipes, concrete, and other construction supplies. Progress Monitoring – Regularly inspect progress to ensure the project is on track and meeting deadlines. Troubleshoot Issues – Address any site-related technical or operational issues that arise, ensuring quick resolutions. Report Daily Activities – Maintain records of daily work activities, progress reports, and timesheets for tracking purposes. Client and Stakeholder Communication – Provide regular updates to clients, engineers, and project managers. Ensure Compliance with Regulations – Ensure the project complies with local construction codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards. Note - Only candidates having same Experience are eligible.
