Job Description

Supervisor (Road & Civil)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Position: Site Supervisor – Road & Civil
Experience: 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily road and civil construction activities at the project site in Vadodara.
Monitor manpower, material consumption, and progress as per the project schedule.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labour teams.
Ensure quality control of road works, concrete works, and finishing activities.
Check site levels, measurements, and verify work as per drawings and specifications.
Maintain daily reports, attendance, and progress records.
Ensure safety compliance and proper site discipline.
Assist in planning, resource management, and problem-solving on site.
Report issues, delays, and daily progress to management.

Skills & Knowledge:

Good knowledge of road construction and civil site execution.
Understanding of engineering drawings, BOQ, and measurement sheets.
Strong labour management and communication skills.
Basic understanding of quality standards and safety rules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
