Job description
We are looking for a highly capable civil engineer with interior work to manage our projects. You will be, responsible for day-to-day execution allocating & supervising resources for the timely completion of works, planning, and execution of works as per design and drawing.
Job specification: -
· Applicant must have 2-3 years of experience as a Site supervisor
· Education: - Diploma in Civil engineering/ BE Civil
· Civil, interiors and Fit outs works MEP and HAVC Technical expert
· Having Good Communication, presentation skills, organizing skills, networking skills, leadership quality, team motivational skills, strong logical & analytical skills, and good business sense.
· Experience in site supervision, execution, finishing, and coordination of civil & interior work and also contractors billing, fit out, Quality verification of material and work. Controlling wastage.
· Should be reliable, team leader, self-motivated, and well-disciplined.
· Should be able to work under pressure.
· Façade knowledge and experience.
