We are looking for a diligent and experienced Site Supervisor to take charge of the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities in a residential colony located in Sarona, Raipur. Your primary focus will be to ensure that various tasks related to civil, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and safety are carried out efficiently and as per the required standards, in collaboration with contractors. Your responsibilities will include supervising the maintenance, repair, and development work within the colony, overseeing the performance of contractors, vendors, and internal staff, conducting regular inspections of infrastructure, addressing resident complaints promptly, and maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities. Safety will be a top priority, and you will be responsible for ensuring that safety protocols are strictly followed, particularly in construction and repair areas. Furthermore, you will liaise with the management committee or project office for updates, approvals, and budgeting, supervise service staff such as housekeeping, security, and gardeners, manage inventory, and assist in minor construction projects on-site. The ideal candidate for this full-time position should be willing to work during the day shift and be open to traveling up to 25% of the time. The work location will be in Raipur.
