Site Supervisor

As a Site Engineer in our construction team, your role will involve overseeing civil engineering activities on site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols. You will be responsible for: - Overseeing civil engineering activities on site, including earthworks, concrete, and structural works. - Ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety protocols. - Conducting site inspections to monitor progress, identify defects, and implement corrective actions. - Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. - Preparing and submitting site reports, including progress reports, defect reports, and safety reports. - Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve site-related issues. - Ensuring compliance with quality control procedures and implementing corrective actions as required. - Mentoring and supervising junior engineers and site staff. Qualifications required for this position include: - 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a site engineering role. - Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Additionally, the company is located in Vagator, Goa and the work location is in person.
