Site Supervisor

As a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites. Utilizing your 10+ years of on-site supervision experience, strong technical understanding, and team management skills, you will ensure quality standards are met and projects are delivered on time. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of labourers and subcontractors on residential sites. - Ensuring construction work aligns with drawings, specifications, and finishing standards. - Effectively allocating manpower and resources to meet deadlines and project milestones. - Monitoring site progress, material usage, and work quality. - Enforcing safety measures and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. - Conducting quality checks for all civil and finishing work. - Preparing and submitting daily work reports and progress updates to the Project Manager/Engineer. - Resolving on-site challenges and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to avoid delays.
