Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site work including civil, finishing, and structural activities.
Manage labor teams and ensure timely progress of work.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors on daily site tasks.
Ensure work is done as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Maintain site discipline, safety, and cleanliness.
Keep daily work records and report progress to the project manager.
Handle site-level issues and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in residential & commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction work and site handling.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Should be presentable and professional in behavior.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Experience with site safety and quality control.
Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD is a plus.
