Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior fittings at client sites. The Site Supervisor will coordinate between design teams, installation crews, and clients to ensure timely, high-quality execution of projects while maintaining safety and efficiency on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and related interior components.
• Interpret and implement design drawings and layout plans accurately.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Ensure quality control throughout installation and finishing work.
• Monitor the performance of subcontractors and installation teams.
• Handle on-site challenges such as space constraints, design adjustments, or client feedback.
• Conduct site measurements and verify that civil work (electrical, plumbing, tiling) aligns with modular requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and update them on project status.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Prepare daily site reports and escalate issues to project managers when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supervising modular kitchen/wardrobe or interior fit-out installations.
• Strong understanding of modular furniture installation processes and carpentry work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.

Education & Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil, Interior Design, Carpentry, or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience in modular furniture/interiors.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil coordination related to interior installations.
• Familiarity with tools, hardware, and fitting accessories used in modular kitchens and wardrobes.

Work Environment:

• Work at client locations, including homes, apartments, or commercial spaces.
• May involve long hours during peak project timelines.
• Requires physical presence on-site for supervision and coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
