Site supervisor

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the construction site to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. This includes supervising contractors, subcontractors, and labourers to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with safety regulations. You will also coordinate materials delivery and manage site resources to avoid any delays or interruptions. Regular communication with project managers and architects regarding project timelines, budget adherence, and any changes in scope will be essential. Additionally, conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality control and addressing issues promptly will be part of your role. In terms of bungalow maintenance, you will manage routine maintenance and repair tasks for bungalows, which includes plumbing, electrical, and structural issues. Scheduling and overseeing preventive maintenance tasks to keep the property in optimal condition is crucial. Ensuring that all maintenance work meets quality standards and is completed on time will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also be required to coordinate with external vendors for specialized repair and maintenance services when necessary. To qualify for this position, you should have proven experience in supervising construction sites, particularly in residential projects or bungalows. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards is essential. Strong organizational and leadership skills, along with an eye for detail, are required. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently will be beneficial. A basic understanding of maintenance tasks related to electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is also desired.
