Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Interior and Site Supervisor to manage interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will oversee site activities, coordinate with vendors and workers, and ensure that all work is completed on schedule and to the highest standards of quality and design. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day interior site operations, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work. Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Read and interpret interior design drawings, layout plans, and specifications. Monitor project timelines, material deliveries, and site labor. Ensure quality control and adherence to design aesthetics and technical specifications. Address on-site issues promptly and provide practical solutions. Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Prepare and submit site reports, schedules, and progress updates. Requirements: Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in supervising interior fit-out or renovation projects. Strong knowledge of interior design materials, methods, and finishes. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to read design plans and technical drawings. Good communication skills and ability to manage site teams effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects. Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office.
