Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in New Delhi. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily interior work operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, managing on-site resources, maintaining safety standards, resolving any issues that arise during the project, and ensuring adherence to design specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site supervision and project management
• Knowledge of interior design practices and attention to detail in craftsmanship
• Strong organizational and logistical skills
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and manage on-site resources
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address and resolve issues promptly
• Adherence to safety standards and ensuring that projects meet design specifications
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or interior design are beneficial
