Site Supervisor (Interior Site)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate interior site execution activities, ensure timely project delivery, maintain quality standards, and handle on-site workforce and vendors. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and technical skills related to interior fit-out works.

Timing should be: 09 30AM to 08 00PM
Sunday half day need to coordinate site works
FRESHERS WELCOME (preferred in Interior Fit-out Projects)
Age Limit: 25 to 30
Must need two wheeler with valid licence

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, and other laborers.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and design layouts.
• Monitor material availability, inventory, and ensure proper utilization.
• Maintain a detailed daily site report of work progress, challenges, and material status.
• Ensure adherence to interior specifications, finishes, and workmanship standards.
• Attend site meetings with clients, project managers, and consultants.
• Handle on-site issues or discrepancies and escalate critical matters.
• Ensure safety practices are strictly followed on-site.
• Need to purchase urgent things from approval of manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in interior site supervision or execution.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and technical layouts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
