Site Supervisor Interior Design Projects

As a Site Supervisor at PV Heim, you will play a crucial role in bringing the design concepts to life on the ground. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing daily site activities and ensuring that the work aligns with the approved 2D/3D designs. - Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain smooth progress. - Monitoring the quality of materials, finishes, and workmanship on-site. - Quickly and professionally addressing any on-site issues that arise. - Tracking progress, timelines, and providing regular updates to the design/project team. - Maintaining site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to protocols. To excel in this role, you should: - Have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience supervising interior fit-out or civil works. - Be able to confidently read and interpret design drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQs). - Feel comfortable liaising with various stakeholders such as vendors, carpenters, and electricians. - Possess clear communication skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure. - Approach every site with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude. While a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory.
