Site Supervisor

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing daily site activities and ensuring work aligns with approved 2D/3D designs.
• Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to keep work moving smoothly.
• Monitoring quality of materials, finishes, and workmanship on-site.
• Flagging and resolving on-site issues quickly and professionally.
• Tracking progress, timelines, and reporting updates to the design/project team.
• Maintaining site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to protocols.

Apply only if you:

• Have 2–5 years’ experience supervising

  interior fit-out or civil works

  .
• Can confidently read and interpret design drawings and BOQs.
• Are comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders — vendors, carpenters, electricians, etc.
• Communicate clearly and keep things organized under pressure.
• Bring a proactive, solution-oriented attitude to every site.

(Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred but not mandatory.)
