Site supervisor (Interior)

1-2 years of experience interior Site supervisor is Must (Interior fit-outs only)

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring work progresses as per project schedule and specifications.

· Quality Control: Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with design, standards, and safety regulations.

· Team Management: Supervise laborers, subcontractors, and junior engineers, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.

· Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to maintain a hazard-free work environment.

· Coordination & Reporting: Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients; prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

· Material & Resource Management: Ensure optimal utilization of materials and equipment, minimizing wastage and delays.

· Problem-Solving: Address and resolve on-site challenges, including technical issues and workforce management.

· Survey & Layout Execution: Interpret construction drawings and execute work as per approved plans.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
