Role & responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates.
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper inventory management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• ITI Certification or relevant course in construction, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Proven 5-6 years of experience as a Site Supervisor/Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry with a focus on farmhouses and villas.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and site management.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
