Site Supervisor

As a detail-oriented Fitout Supervisor, you will oversee interior fit-out projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining project schedules. Your main duties will involve site supervision to ensure that work progresses according to schedule and design specifications. You will be responsible for team coordination, which includes managing subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to maintain a smooth workflow and resolve on-site issues. Additionally, you will need to enforce quality control by ensuring that materials and workmanship meet required standards through inspections and corrective actions. Safety compliance is a crucial aspect of the role, as you will monitor adherence to safety regulations and promote safe work practices throughout the project. Maintaining accurate documentation such as site reports, drawings, and progress records for internal and client reference will also be part of your responsibilities. You will act as a liaison between clients, designers, and contractors to ensure expectations are met and changes are communicated effectively. Problem-solving skills are essential in addressing unexpected challenges on-site with practical solutions and timely decision-making. Previous experience working on commercial, residential, or retail fit-out projects is preferred, along with familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
