We’re looking for a hands-on **Furniture Fit-Out Supervisor** to lead installations, coordinate teams on site and ensure every panel, hinge and finish meets our gold-standard quality. Role Overview You’ll be the bridge between design intent and finished reality. As our Fit-Out Supervisor, you’ll own day-to-day site management, resource planning and quality control. You’ll mentor carpenters, liaise with project managers and keep clients confidently in the loop—making sure our fit-outs are flawless, safe and on schedule. Key Responsibilities - Lead on-site installation of custom furniture, millwork and fixtures (commercial/residential). - Interpret CAD/shop drawings, take‐off schedules and material list to plan daily tasks. - Supervise, allocate and motivate a crew of carpenters, finishers and subcontractors. - Enforce site safety standards, maintain tidy zones and ensure PPE compliance. - Conduct regular quality checks: alignment, tolerances, surface finishes, hardware fit. - Coordinate deliveries, inventory and storage of panels, laminates, hardware and tools. - Report progress, delays or site issues to Project Manager; propose corrective actions. - Facilitate client walkthroughs, snag lists and sign-offs.
