As a Site Supervisor at Concetto Design Co., you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day activities at project sites in Calicut, Wayanad, and Kannur. Your responsibilities will include supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring work is done as per approved drawings and specifications, coordinating with contractors and vendors, tracking site progress, maintaining safety standards, and resolving on-site issues to ensure timely completion of tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities - Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications - Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors - Track site progress and report to the project manager/architect - Maintain safety standards and ensure a clean, organized worksite - Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of tasks Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) - 1-3 years of site supervision experience (freshers with good knowledge can apply) - Ability to read and understand architectural/structural drawings - Good communication and coordination skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability At Concetto Design Co., you will have the opportunity to work on diverse residential and commercial projects in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
