Site Supervisor Civil Maintenance (Refinery)

As a Site Supervisor - Civil Maintenance at Induspect (I) Pvt. Ltd., your role involves overseeing civil maintenance activities at multiple work locations within the refinery in Guwahati, Assam. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring civil maintenance activities and ensuring adherence to approved plans and engineering instructions. - Coordinating with Site Engineer/Engineer-In-Charge (EIC) and other departments for seamless job execution. - Enforcing strict adherence to safety regulations and obtaining valid permits and clearances before commencing work. - Taking corrective action in case of unsafe acts or conditions and maintaining documentation related to safety, permits, and progress. - Supervising and guiding on-ground personnel for efficient job execution and maximizing productivity. - Communicating with Engineering and Safety teams to provide updates on work progress and safety observations and resolving site-related issues in coordination with concerned departments. To qualify for this position, you should have a B.E/B.Tech OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2-4 years of experience for B.E/B.Tech holders and 3-5 years of experience for Diploma holders. Experience in civil engineering works, particularly in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Industry, is preferred.
