Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee construction projects, manage on-site operations, and ensure that all work complies with project specifications and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a hands-on approach to managing civil construction activities.

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage personnel, and serve as the primary point of contact on-site for clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Organizing work schedules

· Supervise and coordinate daily project activities on-site.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

· Manage and direct subcontractors and laborers to achieve project goals.

· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

· Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

· Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and safety logs.

· Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

· Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience: 1 year of experience in civil construction or site supervision.(fresher can be apply)

Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and safety regulations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficient in using project management tools and MS Office.

Flexibility to work extended hours and travel to various sites if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
