Site Supervisor (Civil)

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision & Execution

Monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site

Ensure the work is executed as per drawings, plans, and specifications

Verify the quality of work for masonry, concrete, shuttering, plastering, flooring, electrical, plumbing, etc.

Coordinate with architect/engineer for any technical clarifications

2. Labour & Contractor Management

Manage labour teams and subcontractors

Maintain proper attendance, work allocation, and productivity

Ensure safety practices are followed at the site

3. Material Management

Track material requirements based on project stage

Check quality of materials delivered to site

Prevent material wastage and maintain stock records

4. Planning & Reporting

Prepare daily work progress report

Update timelines, delays, and next-day work plan

Coordinate with owner for approvals and requirements

5. Quality Control & Safety

Ensure workmanship meets required standards

Maintain a clean and safe construction environment

Identify issues early and resolve on priority

Skills Required

Good understanding of civil construction activities

Ability to read drawings (architectural + structural)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Problem-solving skills

Basic knowledge of measurement & estimation

Ability to handle labour and ensure productivity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,365.94 per month
