Site Supervisor (Civil)

We are looking for civil site supervisor for our Residencial & Commercial project based in Jalandhar, Punjab. 2-5 years of Experience in any Residencial or Commercial project

A Site Supervisor (Civil) in a real estate company is responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of residential or commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to meet project timelines and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and documentation to guide and monitor project progress.
• Maintain daily site reports, manage material inventory, and order supplies as needed.
• Monitor safety protocols, enforce site safety rules, and address potential hazards or incidents on site.
• Resolve technical or site-based issues promptly and ensure all work aligns with approved designs and standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager and participate in site meetings.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience supervising construction sites, preferably in residential real estate.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, local building codes, safety regulations, and labor laws.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and effectively use office and construction reporting tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and organizational abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
