Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring timely execution of civil, structural, and finishing works.
Assist the seniors
in coordinating all aspects of high-rise construction projects from
initiation to completion.
Monitor labor and subcontractor performance
to ensure productivity and quality.
Ensure construction is carried out as per design, drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Coordinate material deliveries
and ensure optimal usage with minimal wastage.
Prepare and maintain site records
such as daily progress reports (DPR), labor attendance, and material consumption logs.
Assist in
site-level quality checks,
inspections, and compliance with safety protocols.
Report progress, issues, and delays to the Site Engineer/Project Manager regularly.
Support project milestones and ensure assigned tasks are completed within deadlines.
Enforce safety measures among labor and subcontractors.
Participate in snagging, punch list preparation, and project handover activities.
