Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations at construction sites to ensure adherence to project plans and architectural specifications.
Coordinate and supervise the activities of subcontractors and construction workers.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards.
Manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion of projects.
Communicate regularly with architects, engineers, and clients to address any issues or changes in project plans.
Ensure all materials used on site meet quality standards and are delivered in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols throughout all phases of the project.
Prepare and submit progress reports, summaries of activities, and documentation of issues to upper management.
Resolve on-site conflicts in a professional manner, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Implement and uphold best practices in quality control and site management.
Train and mentor junior staff and new employees on site procedures and safety practices.
Participate in project meetings to provide insights, updates, and recommendations for project enhancements.
