Job Description

Job Title:

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement site-specific safety plans, procedures, and policies.
Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective/preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, client requirements, and industry standards.
Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions to site employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records, reports, and documentation.
Support ISO 45001:2018 implementation and compliance.
Coordinate safety-related activities with other project sites.
Prepare and share monthly HSE MIS reports with clients and head office.
Liaise effectively with clients and project teams on safety-related matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma / B.Sc. / BE / B. Tech with
ADIS / PDIS in Safety Management
or equivalent certification.
Minimum
2 to 5 years of experience
as a Site Safety Officer in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction safety practices, statutory norms, and hazard control measures.
Hands-on experience in accident investigation, risk management, and HSE audits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
