Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable, automated solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Monitor and manage system health, ensuring uptime, performance, and quick incident resolution.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment, testing, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate best practices for infrastructure and application reliability.
• Design, build, and maintain observability tools for logging, monitoring, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
• Perform capacity planning and implement disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks using data-driven analysis to improve system efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational best practices across environments.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Linux/Unix systems administration, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go for automation.
• Practical knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk).
• Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines with modern DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred Certifications: AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Google SRE, or equivalent.
