Job Description

Job Summary:

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure and services.
Develop
monitoring, alerting, and observability
solutions to detect and resolve system issues before they impact users.
Automate repetitive operational tasks through scripting and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Collaborate with software engineers to design and implement reliable, production-ready systems.
Manage cloud infrastructure using tools like
AWS, Azure, or GCP
.
Build and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
to support automated testing and deployments.
Implement and maintain
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
Conduct
capacity planning, performance tuning
, and system optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with
incident management
and post-incident reviews (blameless culture).
Familiarity with
service mesh technologies
(Istio, Linkerd) and API gateways.
Experience with
database operations
(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Knowledge of
security best practices
for cloud and container environments.
Familiarity with
chaos engineering
, reliability testing, or fault-injection tools.
Certifications such as
Google Professional SRE
,
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
, or
Azure DevOps Expert
are a plus.
