Job Description

About the Role:

Junior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
production support
for mission-critical infrastructure and applications.
Monitor and maintain system reliability, uptime, and performance across global time zones.
Troubleshoot
network issues
and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Work on
incident response
, escalation, and resolution for SRE/DevOps environments.
Support and enhance
CI/CD pipelines
, automation, and monitoring tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cloud, Network, DevOps) to improve service reliability.
Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, fixes, and preventive actions.

Mandatory Skills:

SRE / DevOps
experience (4–5 Years)
CCNA Certified (Networking)
Strong understanding of
Voice Protocols (SIP, RTP, VoIP)
Production Support & Incident Management
Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting
(Switches, Routers, Firewalls, VPNs)
Exposure to
Linux/Cloud Environments

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with
GCP / AWS / Azure
Familiarity with
CI/CD Tools
(Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
Knowledge of
Python scripting
or
automation
for support operations
Exposure to
Monitoring Tools
(Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, etc.)
