Site Reliability Engineer

Title: SRE

Primary Skills

• Strong Engineering experience working on enterprise platforms & reusable patterns

  (& not just at application level)

• OpenTelemetry Experience with telemetry data collection and integration

  . (If not Must have expertise in either Datadog / Splunk)

• Python or Bash Scripting

  – Automation and tooling
• Datadog and/or Splunk – Monitoring and observability.

• Foundational Cloud Skills experience

  :
• Cloud Platforms – Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure
• Kubernetes – Container orchestration and management.
• Docker – Containerization and image management.
• Working experience on CI/CD Pipeline using Jenkins.
• IaC – Terraform and/or Opentofu and/or CFT working experience

Secondary Skills

• Deeper understanding of cloud security and governance
• Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution – Strong analytical skills to resolve production issues efficiently.
• Rancher – Kubernetes cluster management.
• Splunk – Log analysis and monitoring.
• Third-Party Integrations – Experience integrating with applications and platforms.

Interpersonal & Soft Skills

• Clear Communication

  – Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across teams and Business Units.

• Proactive Problem-Solving

  – Self-driven approach to identifying and resolving issues.
