Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions across on-premise and SaaS environments
• Develop robust Python applications and automation tools for infrastructure management
• Define, implement and continuously monitor SLI/SLO/SLA metrics for critical business services
• Configure OpenTelemetry instrumentation for distributed tracing and metrics collection
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize AWS services including CloudWatch, X-Ray, and Lambda functions
• Manage OpenShift ROSA clusters and containerized applications on AWS
• Create comprehensive Grafana dashboards for real-time monitoring and alerting
• Ensure system reliability, performance optimization and capacity planning
• Participate in on-call rotations for production incident response and resolution
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application observability
• Maintain documentation for monitoring procedures and incident response playbooks
